On the almost thirty-kilometer stretch from Hua Hin to Pranburi, there are several quiet bays, ideal for swimming and relaxing. Sandy bottom and a smooth entry into the water are there mostly. Pranburi Beach will also appeal to those who prefer outdoor activities and a variety of water sports. In addition, in the central part of the beach vendors of drinks, snacks and fruits are constantly walking. Most often, you can buy already peeled, cut and packaged fruits, boiled or fried shrimp or squid and other treats from these "peddlers". Often merchants offer a variety of crafts like bracelets and simple beach outfits like pareos. Most of the hotels and resorts are located in this part of the beach, offering tourists a comfortable stay on sun loungers and under sun umbrellas. The advantage of Pranburi beach is that it is never too crowded and noisy even on holidays and weekends when many tourists and Thais living in Bangkok come here.
Infrastructure
Pranburi Beach mostly does not have the usual beach amenities like toilets, fresh water showers, massage pavilions or changing cabins. All that can be found only in the central part of the beach, where, as mentioned above, majority of beach hotels is located. Showers, toilets and sunbeds are free for the guests of these hotels, and the rest of the tourists will have to pay a symbolic amount for using these benefits of civilization. Here in the hotels you can rent snorkeling equipment, as well as arrange jet skis, kayaks, inflatable bananas and other beach activities.
